Lawal Danlandi Yaro is a graduate of Banking and Finance B.Sc (BBA) from Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas. He had his MBA in Marketing from Prairie View A&M University, Texas, U.S.A. Lawal Danlandi Yaro has worked in International Merchant Bank Limited (IMB) as an Assistant
Manager, Pacific Merchant Bank Limited as a Manager- Assistant General Manager, International Trust Bank Plc as an Executive Director.
He is the President/CEO of his company, Ikad Nigeria Limited. He is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Lancelot Fund and Portfolio Management Limited.
Mr. Adebayo Adeleke – Director
Adebayo Adetunji Adeleke is the GMD/CEO of Lancelot Group, a Real Estate company. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council, Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Directors’ Nigeria , Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Independent Shareholders Association of Nigeria.
He is a Director in May and Baker Plc, BOC Nigeria Plc as well as other distinguished Boards
Hilda Chidinma Nkor – Director
Hilda Chidinma Nkor is a graduate of Abia State University, BSc Sociology. She also went to Lagos Business School- Senior Management Programme.
Hilda Chidinma Nkor have had a 27years of working across diverse sectors of the economy in public, private and not- for profit organizations. She is currently the Managing Director/CEO of HNC Professional Services. She acted as an Independent Non- Executive Director at McNichols Consolidated Plc.
She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Associate, Chartered Institute of Secretaries.
Godwin Emeka Ifeakor – Director
Godwin Emeka Ifeakor is a graduate of Business Administration from Aba College of Arts and Science. He is a business manager with 25+ years of experience.
He is skilled in coaching, budgeting and leadership. Well experienced in managing all aspects of business development.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Lancelot Fund and Portfolio Management Limited
Kayode Bamisaye, FCA – Managing Director
Kayode, A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN) and an Associate member of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI). He also obtained a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA)-General Management from the University of Lagos. A proactive and strategic thinker, goal getter who aligns corporate objective to organization vision. An Enterprise Risk Management professional and solid Internal Control expert.
He has diverse professional experience in Accounting, Auditing Risk Management and Procurement spanning over 20years covering: Banking, Aviation, Oil & Gas (Up, mid & down-stream sectors) and the Capital Markets. He started his career and professional training with SBO Ogunluyi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1996 as Senior Accounting Assistant. He later joined NNB International Bank PLC in 2000 as Corporate Control Officer from where he moved to Fountain Trust Bank Plc in 2003 as Senior Banking Officer – Financial Control. He left the service of Pan-African Capital Holdings Limited as Group Head, ERM, Internal Control and Compliance. He also served the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) at various level as Committee members. He is an Approved person and a registered Sponsored Individuals with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
He is currently the Managing Director of LANCELOT Fund & Portfolio Management.
Olubosede Adeleke – Director
Olubosede Kofoworola Adeleke is a graduate of English Studies (B.A. Education) from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife. She had a degree in Private Education Consultant, Early Childhood Education, Childhood Education.She has taken courses in Effective Leadership Society for Corporate Governance, Digital Marketing MENTapp Technologies, Entrepreneurship Development Program, Fate Foundation Entrepreneurship.
She is a Director at Lancelot Group, CEO Glitter- Gold Collections. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Lancelot Fund and Portfolio Management Limited.
Mr. Elias J. Atrib – Director
Elias J. Atrib is a graduate of Schiller International Business University, Bs Business Management & Administration. Elias Atrib is the Group Managing Director at RSC Nigeria Limited, he is also the Managing Director at Cactus Investments Limited, Nabilco Limited/Modulus Construction Limited, Black Diamond Hotel, Maroko Bayshore Suites, and Rocky Sporting Club. He has headed several companies in Nigeria from Restaurants, Travel, Communication, Hospitality, and Construction.
